Stayed in a nice twin room I found online that had a bathtub, balcony, and a free minibar. the location was amazing, super close to Brasschaat and Antwerpen, easy to find with clear signs 🌟.

The Dennenhof is struggling with under occupancy and poor management. Prices for inferior food are high and maintenance in the rooms is poor, the management has an attitude of 'they are right and the customer is wrong.'
bedside light not working so impossible to read , bathroom door wouldnt shut properly, no umbrellas for walking back to room in downpour, poor attitude of desk staff, food expensive and mostly processed.

Perfecte locatie.

The room bed is cleaned and comfort. The toilet is spacious. The restaurant is big and breakfast is nice.
The room does not have any water heater and there isn't any coffee or tea as complementary. The location is not near to any outside restaurant if you do not want to dine in the hotel. The cost of the breakfast should included inside the hotel daily rate.

Consistently good over the years. Excellent restaurant and bar. Safe, off-road parking. Good location, near the motorway. Friendly staff and popular with locals. Magnificent location for sightseeing. Will definitely return.

The location of this hotel was perfect for avoiding the heavy traffic around the city. It was situated in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature, which made it a great spot for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with a nice balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. Another positive aspect was the soundproofing, as we didn't hear any noise from the road, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. the dinner was quite underwhelming.

I would stay here again, really enjoyed this place. Reasonably large & clean hotel, its location is perfect and exceptionally nice really close to good restaurants, Belgium for a funeral and the baseball fields. The breakfast is DELICIOUS, the room is well priced with bathtub.

The staff was very nice and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and abundant. The adjacent playground is godsend when traveling with a 3 year old.
A box of tissues in the room (and/or the bathroom) would have been nice.

Comfortable friendly motel with very acceptable restaurant open until 10pm for last orders with no obvious pressure to get out quickly. Plenty of car parking my only concern would be having to cope in poor weather conditions. All bedrooms required a walk in the open to the restaurant and reception. We were fortunate with brilliant late October weather.
Poor lighting in bedroom
